Harvest Fest, Siegel Center, October 31, 2008

The Richmond Public Library and READ Center participated in a night of fun for the local Halloween goblins and ghouls at the Siegel Center, VCU. Delegate Jennifer McClellan sponsored the event and lined up free food, crafts, face painting, photos, balloons, games, and, of course, candy for everyone. The kids had a great time.
